20220614 Vietnam PDP8, what they're doing, this summer..

On 10 June 2022, Vietnam PM Pham Minh Chinh sent a letter to DPM, MOIT and the Chairman of OOG. Key points MOIT need to clarify, hopefully, to get PDP8 approved this June.

on 13 June 2022, MOIT issued the 3rd draft of the tariff mechanism for transiting solar and wind projects. Deadline to comment: 16 June 2022

Earlier, on 20 May 2022, MOIT submit a 39-page report, to clarify the draft of PDP8, as requested on 17 May 2022.
